We use a custom application that was written specifically for our websites that strips information from the MLS and put that information in a very easy to use format

Is it automated?

It is automated. With all the changes in the Matrix system (MLS Provider) we are constantly challenged to find new ways to bring you the listings based on specific areas.

Recently the provider merged all the areas, where Glen Oaks was it own and so was the Wine Country. They also merged Santiago Estates and Meadow View.

This is why we have a propriety system to still bring you the listings you are looking for.
